School will start back up on August 11, 2008. Meet the teacher night will be held on Thursday, August 7th. Stay tuned for more information.
Don't forget to get your Sports Physical over the summer! Our school will be offering physicals again this year after school starts for those who were not able to get it taken care of over the summer. More information about this will be coming. Remember you must have a physical in order to try out for a sport.

Progress Reports:
We will no longer be sending progress reports home for every class. Progress reports will only be sent home every 3 weeks for students struggling in any class.
1st Quarter Ends: October 10

Early Release Dates: Auust 27, September 17, October 8, October 16, & 7
No School: September 1, October 13
PowerSchool
PowerSchool is a web-based student information system that provides real-time information over the Internet. Parents can access student performance information, communicate with teachers, track daily attendance and assignments with a couple of clicks of their mouse. Stop in the office with a picture ID between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30pm when the school office opens back up to pick up your login information.
Aftershool Tutoring/Homework Club
Mrs. Kaczmaroski's Homework Club: Tuesday's and Thursdy's from 3:45 - 5:00 in room D107. Students may attend after school to complete homework and/or receive some additional tutoring.
Continuing this year, the 7th and 8th grade physical education students will be required to dress out for each P.E. class. We feel that this is in their best interest because it gives students an opportunity to change from their street clothes, thus keeping them more pristine for the rest of the day.
It is not uncommon for 7th and 8th grade P.E. classes to do this, as we attempt to align ourselves with other 7th and 8th grade P.E. programs in the district. Students will not be required to purchase our uniforms, however, they will be required to wear a T- shirt and shorts of the same color as our uniform. Our uniforms will be very reasonably priced at $20.00 a set, which includes a T- shirt and shorts, which they will be purchasing to keep.
